The practice offers a wide range of dental treatment on both the NHS and a private basis. If you request a service, which lies out of the scope of the practice, then we will try and make an appropriate referral to satisfy your needs. Emergencies If you require an emergency appointment please telephone the practice at 9.30am Mon - Fri. You will be offered one of our emergency spaces, however, we cannot offer a choice of appointment times for these emergencies. If you have a dental emergency outside our normal working hours then responsibility for dealing with these situations lies with Oldham NHS. To access this out of hours service please phone 0161 785 0805. Alternatively NHS Direct may be able to help, their telephone number is 0845 46 47 or they can be found online at www.nhsdirect.nhs.uk NHS patients - Your rights and responsibilities of the patient Subject to capacity NHS care is available to all without discrimination. However, the practice may refuse treatment with reasonable grounds to anybody. A course of treatment will be terminated immediately in the case of violent or abusive behaviour, non payment of NHS patients charges, or if there is an irreconcilable breakdown in the relationship between patient and dentist. This may include missing appointments and consistently arriving or cancelling late.  |
