Disabled Access The practice is wholly located on the ground floor and has a small ramp for wheelchair access, a disabled toilet is available. Your First Appointment At your first visit a thorough examination will be carried out and treatment alternatives discussed with you. Paying For Dental Treatment Full estimated details of your charges will be provided following your dental examination. Normal procedure is to request a deposit and payment in full before the treatment is completed. Exemptions These include patients under 18, students under 19, pregnant women, nursing mothers( until babies first birthday), those receiving Income Support, Income Related employment and support allowance, certain Tax Credits or Income based Job Seekers Allowance. If you have a low income, you may be able to get help with NHS charges, ask the receptionist about Form HC1.  |
